Kitting boxes allow a set of parts to be collated for ease of assembly, so all the different components are ready for the production line. Our example shows a recent kitting box, which incorporates both a PP fabrication and a routed foam insert. Multiple depth pockets are a great way for you to ensure that your components are safely and securely stored. These are accurately shaped and cut to hold in place the most complicated parts, and the foam prevents any damage.
We also supplied different colour textile dust covers on this production to identify the difference between a front and rear kitting solutions.
